Worse than takeaway🙈 Where do the many good reviews come from? One can only warn against this restaurant! It's a shame about the money when you want to eat deliciously. It started with the cleanliness of the toilets! There was neither toilet paper nor towels nor soap! I said this to the staff shortly after entering. When I used the toilet again after eating, this condition was unchanged. Speaking of hygiene, the waiter was wearing a mask, but his nose was always uncovered Let's get to the food: Some of the drinks listed on the menu were simply not available, such as non-alcoholic beer or a grappa! 😳 As was almost to be expected, I and my companion were not served the meal at the same time And so my wife was able to “enjoy” her lukewarm pasta dish before my fish platter arrived. Waiting time for our food 45 minutes even though only 4 or 5 tables were occupied. As a reminder, the Heide Hof Bissingen restaurant operates as a Balkan Restaurant. But you couldn't order tartar sauce or hot onions with my Djuvec rice. Instead, I got an improperly sliced ​​half onion with my meal (see picture). The fish plate consisted of "dead" frozen fish that was stacked carelessly on the plate (see picture). The lemon on the plate has more stones than juice. The salad on the other plate was just mush. The dressing came out of the bag🛍 and tastes like nothing❌. Even if the food was relatively cheap, I would have eaten better and faster at every snack bar. One star 🙈 for this rating is far too much.

The tzaziki tasted like the one on the refrigerator shelf. In my salad, which was part of the main course, there was a scrap of baking paper (by then my appetite was gone). The meat from the grill was completely fried and hardly seasoned, I let more than half go back. When we reported back to the waitress that we absolutely didn’t like it and that it wasn’t good, they just said “ok, will you pay now?”. While paying, she pounded the change on the table, annoyed. I have never eaten so badly before !!! I would like to give 0 stars, absolutely not to be recommended!

The meat was very dry and tasted unseasoned, the tzatziki tasted like Lidl's and there was a piece of baking paper in the carelessly served salad. Our unfortunately negative feedback on the question of how it tasted was dismissed with an "ok, pay now". In the end, the change was thrown on the table coin for coin. Conclusion: never again! We ate there twice and both times we were very enthusiastic, the food tastes good and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, there is still 1 point deduction because the dessert (the apple strudel) was bought and you saw it. At least it could have been "packaged" differently. And some things that you wanted from the menu didn't exist. I would still eat there again.

We went on a carriage ride through the heath. It's a lot of fun.

I don't understand some of the reviews here. We had lunch today and it tasted really delicious. The price-performance ratio is also good. Even our 9 yr old son said it was really delicious .... gladly again

It wasn't good just the Sarlat a joke a very bad joke not recommendable please just go to the next restaurant. A kindergarten child can have a better satlat than this restaurant. It is ridiculous to serve something like that.

The food is not recommended. Prepared with heavy use of ready-made products, broccoli casserole cannot be defined as such. Steak plate incomplete, beef can hardly be cut and cannot be chewed. Salad a loveless disaster with dressing. Served on partially chipped plates. Unfortunately snack level.

I can't find words for such a meal. I can only describe it as very bad. Salad served on chipped plates with eating and then not even fresh. Main course not much better. Meat roasted dead and the beef tenderloin impossible to chew. The waiter was disinterested and communication with him was impossible. Price completely overpriced, for tearing open bags. No trace of fresh food. Once and never again.

Meat dishes here mean all dishes related to steaks, Balkan dishes and corresponding platters. All other things are unfortunately not recommended. The schnitzels are unfortunately very dry and the marinade is fried with oil and not in butter. The boiled potatoes had never seen salt and had to be seasoned a lot, because they unfortunately had no taste of their own. The fish on the fish platter also died twice, unfortunately, it was fried dead and dry. The side salad consists of iceberg lettuce and a piece of tomato, in each of which the stalk was processed and tasted accordingly bitter. Furthermore, he was drowned in ready-made yoghurt dressing from the supermarket and "thrown" carelessly on the plate. The onion soup consisted of 50 percent Maggi or Knorr bag spices. Anyone who appreciates Konvijenzküche will definitely like it here. Salad garnish, lemon or the like cannot be found among the small ones either. The service staff is unskilled but very friendly and hard-working (thumbs up). Pizza was advertised several times, but could not be ordered. In summary: ... probably never again .... !!!
